- 6amTech is not responsible for any copyright violation in terms of content provided by the client.
- Any new requirements from the client end can increase the budget.
- The project/customization delivery time may extend if clients' failed to provide the required information on time.
- Once the project starts and the amount is paid upon agreement then the amount is non-refundable. Check the refund policy for more details.
- Before releasing the applications client will be given 2 revisions, there will be no revision acceptable after it is released. If the respected client delays the feedback, we are not responsible hence the timeline will be extended.
- After customization, the client must inform “6amTech” via the support system before updating to a new version available in codecanyon, or else we will not be responsible for the disruption.
- Software/Application license will be valid as per Envato policy.

The following terms are applicable for any installation/customization work that you purchased/requested with/from us

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to 6amTech
“Products” refers to the items offered for sale on our website under Projects
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Installation/Services from Us.
“Service/Support/Customization” refers to the inhouse support ticket system [support.6amtech.com]
“Website” refers to 6amTech, accessible from www.6amtech.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable
“Codecanyon” means the international market place where we sale our products/application/software.

Your order Cancellation Rights/ Refund Policy
Once the project starts and the amount is paid upon agreement then the amount is non-refundable. But as We are selling service and service can not start immediately, You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment.

We will process your refund as soon as We’re able to. In some cases, We might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for You or We can have a discussion meeting for better outcome.
We may refuse to refund clients who act in bad faith or misused the services. Refunds will not be applicable to discounted services and software up-gradation service.

Upgradation Policy:
We frequently release updates in codecanyon You may need/be interested in our latest version of software, If You already purchased our installation/customisation in that case, following upgradation policy will apply-

When the installation/customisation process is ongoing and meantime a new version of software is released on codecanyon then We are not bound to move the installation/customisation to the latest version.

Automatic software upgradation from Codecanyon after customisation is not applicable and We are not responsible if your system gets broken after applying updates by yourself. You need to deal separately if You want to upgrade your system by Us.

Support Policy:
There will be no support after the installation/customization process is done. But Before releasing the applications or within the customisation process You will get 2 revisions option, there will be no revision acceptable after it is released or handover the codebase to You.

When You are placing an order for any of our Installation/Customisation, You indicate that you have read these policies properly. This also proves that You agree with and fully accept the terms of these policies. We ask you not to place an order with Us if You do not agree with the terms and conditions and policies.
